Shipping Info: International:
All purchases will be dispatched by air freight to the country of destination within 3 days of receiving payment. From there, they will be carried on by regular post to your home or work address.

Approximate Delivery Times:
Australia: 3 - 10 working days
Other Countries: 7 - 14 working days

We rely on international cargo carriers and local postal services in the destination country for the timely delivery of orders. Unfortunately any unexpected delays caused by any of these parties are beyond our control. In the event that your order has not been received after 14 full working days please contact us and we will investigate the matter to determine the location of your parcel.
Return Policy: If you receive an incorrect product or a product that is defective or has been damaged please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so that we can issue you with a replacement item or a refund.

Please note that replacements/refunds will not be issued if only the packaging of a product is damaged.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer however these charges will be reimbursed for incorrect, defective or damaged products.
